As per Mr. Ma's said, he deposited money to OuMy through a friend's referral last August, and kept on making loss in trading. And he could receive the money withdrawn.

OuMy kept on delaying Mr. Ma's withdrawal application since March 4th, and he checked it his account, but found nothing on withdrawal records and feedback. Unexpectedly, he also found that the account balance didn't match with available balance.

The process of withdrawal application went smoothly, and account information page popped up in seconds, but showing that the account balance was still the same - 90,576.8 USD, while the available balance decreased to 7,576.8 USD.

So the money Mr. Ma withdrew wasn't deducted from his account balance.
